And we think that deserves something in return.
That's why we're introducing VOLK PACK, our new loyalty program. A way to say thanks to everyone who keeps coming back, supports what we do, and makes this community what it is.
The idea is simple. Every time you shop at VOLK, you earn points. Collect enough and you can exchange them for discounts, unlock additional benefits, and work your way through four membership levels.
Here's how it works.
First Things First. Join the Pack.
Getting started takes just a minute.
Create your VOLK account, join the loyalty program, and we'll add 50 points to your balance to get you started.
From there, you'll collect points every time you place an order.
How many? That depends on your membership level. Every €1 spent earns you between 1 and 2 points.
And yes, those points are worth real money off your next order.
Four Levels. One Pack.
Everyone starts somewhere. With VOLK PACK, there are four levels, and each one comes with its own benefits.
What Can You Get With Your Points?
We've kept it straightforward: collect points, exchange them for a voucher, and save on your next VOLK order.

The first two rewards are available to everyone. The €18 and €25 vouchers are available once you've reached Pack Member status or higher.
A couple of things worth knowing: your points expire after 24 months, and once you exchange them for a voucher, you'll have 90 days to use it.
