This website is operated by NITO SUPPLY s.r.o, referred to as VOLK throughout the page. VOLK is a limited liability company. Company’s core business is designing and selling its products.
Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to VOLK. The website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, are conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices as stated here. By visiting our site and/or purchasing our products you engage in our “service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“terms of service”, “terms”). These terms of service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these terms of service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the service, use of the service, or access to the service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without our express written permission.
PRODUCTS
Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to our current return policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
PURCHASE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY
You may purchase our products for personal use only and not with the intention of resale. By placing your order, you are certifying that you are purchasing products for personal use only. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation. Any orders above 10 pieces are automatically deemed as being intended for resale and will be refused.
PURCHASE PRICE
All prices displayed on the website are stated in EUR. VOLK is currently not registered as a VAT payer in Slovakia. Accordingly, prices shown on the website do not include VAT, and VAT is not charged on customer orders unless required by applicable tax legislation. Prices are valid at the time of the conclusion of the purchase agreement.
The purchase agreement between you and VOLK is concluded at the moment when VOLK confirms the order (you will receive an email confirming the order). From that moment, all prices and other terms are fixed and apply to both parties.
We reserve the right that errors in the published prices may appear. In the case of mistaken publication of the price, or in the event that the price changes between the processing order, VOLK will give you a possibility to cancel the order.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND THE PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content) without notice and at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
ORDER
VOLK has no commitment that all products shown on the website are in stock.
The purchase agreement between you and VOLK is concluded at a time when VOLK sends the first e-mail about the status of your order. From that moment, all prices and other terms are fixed and apply to both parties.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our website. You agree to promptly update your information, including your email address, credit card numbers, and expiration dates.
All order data is stored by VOLK.

THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You may withdraw from the contract concluded with VOLK and return the purchased product in a 14-day time period (cooling-off period) after receiving the product without having to state any reason. The cost involved in returning the product to VOLK will not be covered or reimbursed by us. The cooling-off period starts to run the next day after the receipt of the product.
In the case of withdrawal from the purchase agreement, please send us an email to: info@volkflannel.com. Products must be returned immediately or within 14 days after the notification of withdrawal. VOLK returns received payments with the same payment method as was used for the purchase of the products within 30 days of notification of withdrawal. We reserve the right to withhold the refund of payments received until the acceptance of the returned product or until you submit the evidence that the product was sent back.
There is no right of withdrawal from the contract, if you miss the deadline for withdrawal, if the products are damaged, used, soiled or in any other similar circumstances.
PRIVACY AND SECURITY
When you purchase something from VOLK, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you provide us. This may include your name, address, email address, credit card number and other information. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
Your submission of personal information through the Store is governed by this Privacy Policy, the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"), and other applicable data protection laws.
With the purchase order you permit us to establish, keep, maintain and manage your personal data. The provided data are carefully protected and any third party may not have access to it. We commit that the data will remain fully owned by VOLK and we will not be shared, sold or exchanged with any other organization, company or natural person.
For the protection of personal data, the user is liable as well in a way that ensures the security of your email address and the appropriate software (anti-virus) to protect your computer.
CONSENT
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no. If after you opt-in to our site registration or email, and you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you.
ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Our website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping fees, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except when expressly stated by us) provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions. VOLK shall in no case be held liable for any damages arising from your use of the website.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic.
The parties shall attempt to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to purchase agreement through negotiations between them. If the matter is not resolved by negotiation within thirty (30) days of receipt of a written invitation to negotiate, the parties will refer the matter to the competent courts of the Slovak Republic.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, nothing in this provision shall limit your right to bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence or any other rights granted to you under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.

MOBILE TERMS OF SERVICE

The Volk clothing d.o.o. mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Volk clothing d.o.o. (“VOLK”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to VOLK’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of VOLK through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with VOLK. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to VolkFlannel or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You’ll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other VOLK mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

VOLK PACK LOYALTY PROGRAM TERMS

1. Program and operator
Volk Pack (the “Program”) is the loyalty rewards program operated by NITO SUPPLY s.r.o., with its registered office at Čulenova 7936/5, 811 09 Bratislava, Slovakia, VAT ID SK2122720292 (“we”, “us”, “our”). By enrolling in the Program, you (“you”, “member”) agree to these Program Terms, our Privacy Policy and the general Terms and Conditions.
Volk Pack is a promotional program offered at our discretion. Participation is not required to make a purchase, involves no additional charge and provides no monetary value other than discounts expressly redeemable within the Program.
2. Eligibility and enrolment
• Who can join. Any individual with a valid Shopify customer account on volkflannel.com who is at least 18 years old or has reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
• How to join. Enrolment is free and automatic when you create a Volk Flannel customer account, or it can be completed manually through the “Join loyalty” prompt on the storefront.
• One membership per person. Duplicate accounts, shared accounts and accounts created solely to accumulate rewards are prohibited and may be merged, suspended or terminated at our discretion.
• Historical orders. On first enrolment, we may credit points for eligible orders previously placed using the email address linked to your account. Historical-order credit is granted at our discretion and does not include orders placed using another email address or without a customer account. No fixed historical cut-off date applies unless one is displayed in the Program dashboard.
3. Earning points
You earn points (“Points”) by completing qualifying actions. Current earning opportunities, Point values and eligibility conditions are displayed in the Program dashboard and may change at any time.
Typical qualifying actions include:
• Creating an account — a one-time enrolment bonus.
• Completing a purchase — Points awarded per unit of currency spent at the earning rate of your current tier, as described in Section 5.
• Making a first purchase — a one-time first-order bonus.
• Writing a product review — awarded after the review is approved by our moderation team.
• Participating in other promotional activities that we may offer from time to time.
Points are added to your account after the qualifying action has been completed and verified against Shopify order records. All earning activity is subject to fraud review. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in delayed, reduced or withheld awards.
4. Status and expiry of Points
• No monetary value. Points have no cash value and may not be sold, traded, transferred or exchanged for cash.
• Expiry. Points expire 24 months after the date on which they are earned, unless different terms are stated for a specific promotion. Expired Points are permanently removed from your balance.
• Changes to earning and expiry rules. We may change earning rates, redemption thresholds or expiry rules. Any change to expiry applies only to Points earned after the change; Points already earned retain their original expiry date.
• Account statement. Your current balance and Points approaching expiry are shown in your loyalty dashboard. You are responsible for checking the dashboard periodically. We are not required to send an individual notice before Points expire.
5. Membership tiers
The Program includes several membership tiers. Your tier determines your earning-rate multiplier on qualifying purchases and any tier-specific benefits or rewards.
• How tiers work. Tier placement is based on your cumulative qualifying spend during a rolling 12-month period (the “Rolling Period”).
• Grace period. Once you reach a tier, you remain in that tier for at least 12 months from the date you entered it, regardless of spending during that period.
• Reassessment. At the end of each Rolling Period, your tier is reassessed based on qualifying spend during that period. If you continue to meet the threshold, you remain in the tier. If not, you move to the tier whose threshold is met by your current qualifying spend. A new Rolling Period begins upon reassessment.
• Qualifying spend. Qualifying spend includes paid orders on volkflannel.com in the store’s qualification currency. Shipping, taxes, gift-card purchases and refunded portions of orders are excluded. Redeeming Points does not reduce qualifying spend.
• Bonus Points. Points earned through reviews, referrals, birthday bonuses, promotional events and other non-purchase activities count towards your redeemable balance, but not towards tier progression.
6. Redeeming rewards
You may redeem Points for rewards listed in the Program catalogue. Available rewards, Point costs, minimum-order thresholds and validity periods are displayed in the redemption interface and may change at any time.
• Discount codes. Most rewards are issued as single-use Shopify discount codes. Each code is linked to your customer account, may not be transferred or gifted, may be used only once, expires 90 days after issue unless a different period is displayed, and may be subject to a stated minimum order amount.
• Combining discounts. A loyalty discount code may not be combined with another promotional code or automatic discount unless expressly stated.
• Tier eligibility. Some rewards are limited to specific tiers. You must hold the required tier when redeeming the reward. A later tier reduction does not invalidate a code already issued.
• Final redemptions. Once Points have been deducted and a code issued, the redemption cannot be reversed. If an unused code expires, the Points are not refunded.
• Failed redemptions. If a technical error prevents a discount code from being issued, the deducted Points are automatically returned. Contact support if the discrepancy continues.
7. Refunds and cancellations
When an order is refunded or cancelled, the Points and qualifying spend attributed to that order are reversed:
• Points earned from the refunded portion are removed in proportion to the refunded amount.
• Qualifying spend is reduced by the refunded amount and may result in a tier reassessment.
• Your Point balance may become negative if you have already redeemed Points earned from the refunded order. Future Point awards will offset the negative balance until it is cleared.
• Discount codes already issued are not withdrawn. A code redeemed before a refund remains valid until its original expiry date.
8. Fraud and misuse
We may suspend or terminate your Program membership, cancel accrued Points and invalidate outstanding discount codes if we reasonably believe that you have:
• Created duplicate or fictitious accounts.
• Manipulated orders, including repeated self-refunds, to accumulate Points.
• Sold, transferred or attempted to transfer Points or codes to another person.
• Circumvented single-use or one-per-customer restrictions.
• Engaged in chargebacks, order fraud or a breach of our general Terms and Conditions.
• Used the Program in a manner contrary to these Program Terms or its intended purpose.
Termination does not entitle you to a refund for previously purchased goods and does not restore Points that expired before termination.
9. Ending membership
• Voluntary withdrawal. You may leave the Program at any time by contacting info@volkflannel.com. Accrued Points and issued discount codes are forfeited upon withdrawal.
• Account inactivity or closure. If your Shopify customer account is closed for any reason, your Program membership ends and all unredeemed Points are forfeited.
• Data retention. Certain records, including transaction history and tax-relevant order data, are retained after termination where required by law. See the Privacy Policy for details.
10. Personal data
Participation in the Program requires the processing of personal data, including your account identifier, email address, purchase history, Point balance, tier and redemption history. Processing is governed by our Privacy Policy and is carried out where necessary to administer the Program and perform our agreement with you and, where you have opted in, to send marketing communications connected with Program events.
We share Program data with Shopify through customer metafields, with Klaviyo for transactional loyalty emails and, where applicable, with our loyalty backend provider Wolfpack. We do not sell your personal data.
11. Changes, suspension and discontinuation
We may modify, restructure, suspend or discontinue the Program, including its earning rates, tier thresholds, expiry rules, reward catalogue, redemption limits and these Program Terms.
• Notice. We will communicate material changes at least 30 days before they take effect by email to the address associated with your account and by a notice on volkflannel.com.
• Effect on accrued Points. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, if the Program is discontinued, we may shorten the expiry period for accrued Points to no less than 90 days from the date of notice, giving members an opportunity to redeem them before forfeiture.
12. Program communications
By enrolling, you agree to receive transactional Program emails, including enrolment confirmations, tier changes, notices that Points are approaching expiry and redemption receipts. These messages are required to administer active membership and cannot be individually unsubscribed from while your membership remains active. Optional marketing emails require consent and may be unsubscribed from at any time.
13. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Program is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for technical failures that delay, omit or duplicate Point awards; discount-code failures at checkout caused by Shopify or third-party fulfilment integrations; loss of Points due to inactivity, expiry or discontinuation of the Program; or consequential, incidental or indirect damages arising from participation.
Nothing in these Program Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer-protection law.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Program Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes arising from or relating to the Program are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Slovak Republic, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights, including the rights of consumers residing in another EU Member State.

16. Entire agreement
These Program Terms, together with the general Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us concerning the Program and replace any prior agreement or understanding concerning it.
