No, we do not have a free shipping threshold unless there would be a special promotion active that enables the option. If that is the case, the threshold can vary depending on the promotion.

After your order is fulfilled you will receive an email from us with your tracking number. You might also receive an email from the service provider. You can follow your package with it from the link in our email or on the chosen carriers page. The exact delivery time depends on your country AND national holidays, vacation seasons or unpredicted events, like severe weather conditions, worker strikes etc. not just in your country, but anywhere along the package's route. In perfect conditions GLS delivery times are from 1-6, FedEx International Priority 1-2, DHL Express 1-2 days. If it takes longer than that, you can contact us at info@volkflannel.com.

We ship from Slovenia, Europe. There are no import taxes for European Union members, as for the Canary Islands, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom import duties and/or taxes apply! For further information on customs and excise policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.

Shipping services are carried out by GLS, FedEx or DHL. Shipping services for the Canary Islands, Iceland, Malta, Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom are carried out only by DHL or FedEx. ⁠

We strive to ship all orders in 1-2 working days after order is confirmed. During special promotions (which mean bigger order volume) or national holidays this can take a day or two longer, but we will always try to send out all packages as soon as possible.

Each product has a care label sewn on it. Machine wash cold (30°C) with like colors, tumble dry low or even better to air dry on a hanger. Do not iron and do not use bleach.

Each product site states materials used. That being said, all flannels are from a mixture of polyester (80%) and rayon (20%), all t-shirts are 100 % cotton. Some short sleeved shirts are from polyester and other from bamboo polyester mix. Forged shirts are from a mixture of cotton and polyester.

All our products are limited edition and once they sell out we do not necessarily re-run them. To be notified about it, click on the missing size to get on the waitlist OR/AND subscribe to our newsletter to stay in the loop with the latest releases and for possible re-runs.

Measure chest and waist like shown on our size chart - only front part of your torso, not circumference (360°C). If you think you need longer sizes, check additionally for sleeve and torso length in TALL sizes. Find your size in our size chart: https://volkflannel.com/sizechart/. All of our sizing is based on our flannels, so if you already have one that fits, you can apply the same size to other items. If you are still unsure, write us at info@volkflannel.com.

You can return your order for a refund or exchange within 14 days after receiving it. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To send the item back please first contact us at info@volkflannel.com. The returned items must be in resaleable condition.

VOLK will not issue refunds for any difference in price on items purchased before the start of any sale. Orders placed at retail price, will have any exchange/refund option available, while those purchasing at a sale price are considered final sale. All processed orders shipped before the start of any sale, may not be exchanged for items at their discounted price.

We normally process refunds in 3-5 days after your return package is received. Refunds are always made via the same payment option you chose for the order in question.

No, we exclusively sell our products online on our webpage www.volkflannel.com and on our stand at certain events in Europe (only a few per year). We do offer personal pick up and try outs in our warehouse in Ljubljana - but you have to make an appointment first via our email info@volkflannel.com and receive confirmation.

Being a small brand we can only do as much collabs per year. If you think you fit our brand send us an email to miha@volkflannel.com and let's see what we can do together.

VOLK means wolf in our native Slovenian language. We chose it because it corresponds with the things we love the most (beside amazing flannel shirts) like alternative music, tattoos, extreme sports and so on.
