Do my previous orders count for points?

Points are earned on orders placed after you join the VOLK loyalty program. Orders made before joining are not added automatically to your points balance.

How do I know how many points I have?

Sign in to your VOLK account, then open the loyalty panel. Your current points balance is displayed there.

I don’t see points from my recent purchase; where are they?

Points from a purchase may take a short time to appear. Make sure you placed the order using the same email address linked to your VOLK loyalty account. If the order has already been processed and the points are still missing, contact us at info@volkflannel.com.
