Please be sure to use the correct shipping info and select the correct size before completing your order. Orders should arrive within 4-8 workdays after we have received payment. Allow 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped. During sales, special seasonal promotions etc. this can be delayed, but we will always try to meet original time. As soon as we ship your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. The exact delivery time depends on your country.
Shipping services are carried out by GLS, FedEx or DHL, if chosen. Shipping services for the Canary Islands, Iceland, Malta, Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom are carried out by DHL or FedEx. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your order for a refund or exchange within 14 days after receiving it.
